Convenient to centre of Dijon, excellent value for money. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to find the hotel reception closed, Manager came to hotel to let us in.
No air conditioning, so room was very warm.

The place was clean, and the staff were really helpful, and I liked the big bath towels in the double room.

A quiet place.
Quite a distance from train station. However, can easily accessible by bus. Need to know bus number and which station to stop. Another 2min walking from bus stop.

Check-in time says 14:00 to 19:00. We arrived at 17.30 but the hotel was closed. Only 20 minutes later (after a call to a mobile shown on the door) a member of the staff appeared... very quietly. The parking (for €8!) is in a semi-abandoned warehouse with no light and far from the hotel. Cleanness less than acceptable. The hotel is not far from the town center, but in a bad neighborhood.

The staff were friendly and spoke some English, always tried to be helpful. It was nice to have the room cleaned every day. the hotel is close to bus stop for easy access into town, although it is only ten minutes walk away. There is a mini supermarket across the road.

The staff is friendly and chatted with me despite my limited French, gave me driving directions. Window opened so could cool off room (although no A/C). Free wifi and free parking (limited spots though) on street. There is a restaurant but it was closed when I stayed here (a Saturday night)but menu looked good. Supermarket directly across the street from the hotel, bar right beside it, and walking distance to other places more central. This hotel was good value for the price, and was clean and a fairly large room, considering the price. I would stay again or recommend it for those not needing fancy, just a stopover place.(I was exploring the Cote d'Or and everything down that way was totally booked or very expensive.)
I stayed on a Saturday night which meant that the restaurant wasn't open (so not able to get a decent meal) but beer bar next door was (so very loud music from bar followed by sounds of late night bar fight under my open window). Didn't get much sleep at all, although bed was comfortable. No way to reserve parking -I lucked out & got a spot right on street beside for free. No elevator, but I was glad room was on top floor anyhow because it meant I could safely leave window open on hot summer night (there is no A/C at this hotel). I was not unhappy with this hotel as great value for price- but would not recommend staying there on a weekend because of very noisy bar.

Location good. Breakfast good. Garage parking useful. Staff friendly enough.
Room small. Shower needed a good clean, (admittedly on the outside of the cubicle more than the inside).

The Price and the Location.
The rooms are very small and cramped, but you get what you pay for. Some of the staff were very nice and friendly while there was atleast one receptionist that seemed to hate her job and everyone in sight.

We needed a budget overnight stay. The staff were excellent and the rooms clean and comfortable. We were late checking in because of road works but this did not create any problem. They went out of their way to accommodate our family.
I thought it was slightly overpriced for what we got, but when travelling with 4 adults & 3 children in France you have to take what you can get!
